My son and I were returning from NC to TX after a vintage Porsche Rallye when the car started running rough and sputtering on the 1200 mile drive home. Luckily, we were near the TTS shop, so we stopped by and explained to Thomas and his team our situation. First, they worked us in and were done in two hours. They loaned us a shop car so we could go catch breakfast. Jake made some adjustments to our carbs and they sent us on our way. We arrived home without incident thanks to TTS. Could not recommend them more highly!

I thought I already wrote a post recommending Thomas Tuning and Service but I guess I hadn't. Regardless they are a great shop. They are the best shop I have seen and take great care of my VW Tiguan. There is a reason why they have a number of high end exotics at their shop. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. If you have been thinking about trying a new shop to service your baby, I can not recommend these guys enough.

Just wanted to take a minute & take the time to write a review. As a business owner myself I know how much it means. I took my 2007 Audi S4 in for a wellness check & Thomas Tuning did a great job. They pointed out things to be aware of but didn’t say everything had to be done right away. My car means a lot to me & I can tell they are passionate about what they do & very knowledgeable. The necessary work was done & they did a good job. It was my first time there & definitely will be returning. Also will be brining all of my other vehicles to them in the future & recommending them to friends & family! Highly recommend & such a clean shop! Thanks guys!

We were travelling through Knoxville for a few days and this place was highly recommended for European car repair. We took our VW Beetle in and they were able to do a carbon clean and full diagnostic check in one day. We decided to stay in their waiting area for the day while they worked on our car. We met Justin the service advisor and the owner and his wife as well as a couple of the mechanics and their furry guy security dog team team (ha). This was by far the best experience we've ever had for car service anywhere. Justin was so friendly and helpful and offered good snacks and drinks and conversation. The team is incredibly knowledgeable with upfront good pricing and the highest quality service. We will make the long drive back in the future. Most of all we loved the company of their dogs. 😀
