Can’t say enough great things!! This is the only place in Knoxville I’ve been to that shoots it straight and isn’t trying to screw me over. I went in wanting new brake pads after being told by another shop that I was due and they looked at them and told me they were no where near needing to be replaced. Could’ve easily changed them out and charged me for it and I would not have known any better. Everyone there’s super nice and the service is quick and very reasonably priced. Significantly cheaper than the other shops on Western I’ve gone to. Won’t go anywhere else if I can help it! Such a relief to know there’s a shop near my house that does great work & is honest.

I've left a review before but I cannot say enough good things about Slick's! I called them with a tire issue (they don't do tires) They said bring it in! My tire nearly went flat on the way to the shop. I needed new tires. Mike and his crew took care of all this for me while I was at work. They partnered with a near by tire shop LEGENDS and I had new tires when I went to pick my car up. Slick's could've told me "sorry, you'll have to take it to a tire shop" but they did all the work along with LEGENDS with no profit to them. They are hands down the BEST! Slick's is always willing to help. They are courteous, kind, and affordable.

Slicks is honest and does excellent work and very professional. They repair and do everything except tires. They are fixing the mistakes of previous auto repair shops for way cheaper than I was previously charged. Highly recommend this place. I will be a repeat customer if need arises.

Talk about fast, friendly, and quality service. Found a bolt in the tire of my car. Took it by Slick’s, was in and out in six mins for $11. And evened out the tire pressure on all four tires. All the guys were courteous and professional. Will absolutely be back.

We have a group of 6 women on a road trip. We noticed the engine was overheating near Knoxville. We pulled off the interstate and were directed to Slick's In & Out Oul Change. The people were so nice and friendly. They looked under the hood & connected the vehicle's computer. They found that the temperature sensor had gone bad. They gave us a reasonable quote and got us back on the road within 2 hours. They even fixed a 2nd problem they found at no extra charge. It was so nice to see that there are good people who are honest and considerate left in the world. I can't say enough about how well we were treated.
