Having used Service Street Auto Repair on Maynardville pk for simple to more complex issues, I have always been thoroughly satisfied with their service. Every team member that I've been in contact with has been professional, knowledgeable and honest. Straight forward and fair pricing. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.
View on GoogleMy college daughter needed rear breakers and rotors on a 2012 Equinox. The price was ridiculous considering how easy they are to change. $599 was the price given and the guy said he would get me a $50 coupon. All said and done $670. The $50 coupon was overshadowed by a $54 fee charge! Rotors go in metal so company makes money leaving wire brake pads and some brake fluid. I was told they are business and prices are set. Ask for a total price because they don’t give the total to you upfront. Very poor customer service. Manager was out the 3 times I called and never received a call back to discuss the $54 fee they put on to cross out my coupon.

Brent inside was very nice and listened to my crazy stories of deadly animals of South Texas .Ben was very nice and honest . Thanks guys. 😊
