The team was absolutely wonderful! I was informed of each of the processes that were going to take place, with explanations and visuals of issues on my vehicle. I was kept informed of the service schedule. There was full cost transparency. Customer service was also awesome. I felt very welcome and appreciated for in choosing the store. Shoutout to this team!
View on GoogleBattery light was on and went in to get a diagnostic test. They were very meticulous about pinpointing the actual problem. I felt that they treated my 02 Camry like it was a new Mercedes. Thought it was an ECU issue at first but they were persistent and it turned out to be just the alternator which they expected. It was the mass air flow sensor being the boogeyman. Problem fixed. They were very kind, courteous, communicative, considerate and went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. View on GoogleI've been to RT Clapp twice and had good experiences both times. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Small thing: the waiting room didn't feature a blaring TV. Nice! Big thing: I saved more than $300 having a recent repair done there instead of the shop I've been using for about 10 years. Guy at my former shop (national chain) quoted me a ridiculous price for some needed work: "The part alone costs $800." RT Clapp did the job--part and labor--for less than that. So I'm a fan.
