I have to say Amy at Precision and the mechanics are wonderful. With the snow about to show on Friday the 23rd, and needing a head light and pig tail, and him on call even in the bad weather they were awesome in getting him in and very friendly. Quick, accurate service and fair priced. Absolutely a great place and we will be back. Thank you all..thank you Amy!

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop with a wheel alignment service. About three weeks ago, I brought in my car for an alignment. After the service, I noticed the steering wheel was not centered — it was tilted to the right. I returned the next day, and the shop told me they had corrected it. However, this time the steering wheel was tilted to the left. I came back a third time, and after more adjustments and a test drive, they said everything was aligned properly. I asked them if recent work done around the suspension would require re-alignment, and they told me it was not necessary. Despite three visits, the steering wheel still didn’t feel right. While driving on the highway, the car consistently pulled to the right, and I noticed that in rainy conditions, the car felt unstable — which I found concerning for my safety. Recently, I discovered extremely uneven wear on the front tires. One tire was so worn on the inside that the steel cords were showing, which, in my opinion, could pose a serious safety risk. This level of wear developed in just 2–3 weeks after the alignment. I went back to the shop to share what I had found, but they stated they were not responsible. To get a second opinion, I took the car to Big O Tires, where they inspected the alignment and tire condition. Based on their report, the alignment appeared to be off, and they could not find any major suspension issues that would explain the wear. For reference, my car has only 32,000 miles on it. When I brought this evaluation back to the original shop, they maintained their position and did not accept responsibility. In my personal experience, I did not receive the quality of service I expected, and I was left with serious tire damage and concerns about safety. I would personally not return to this shop or recommend it based on how things were handled.

We were on our way home from Florida and our Ram pickup truck started misfiring really bad about a half mile before the Turkey creek Knoxville exit. I reached out to 3 different Ram dealers in the Knoxville area to see if get could get me in quickly since I was stranded but they all said it would take a couple of days. Thank goodness for the kind and competent people at Precision auto. They got me in immediately and had me up and running in no time. This is the first time I have been to a precision auto shop but I will definitely use them again if needed. I am very able to do my own repairs but when you are traveling you at at the mercy of a repair shop and I am so grateful that we chose Precision auto!

I came in for an oil and filter change and was recommended to get a brake fluid and power steering fluid change. It had been a few years since those fluids were changed and I approved the added changes. I think that was needed and I was happy to have it done. Also I had a drivers side head lamp adjusted that I had improperly installed a few days ago. Very pleased and at a fair price.

I stopped in with a transmission leak. They fixed it for free and sent me on my way in just a few minutes. I appreciate the great work and the empathy for a stranded traveler. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.
