Precision Tune Auto Care

Scheduled with repair pal. I don’t suggest that because this company doesn’t pay attention to it. Got there and they had no idea i had appointment. No big deal, they still got me in. Had them do brakes, new rotors and tie rods. Got home noticed they didn’t even grease the tie-rods and didn’t even put in the zerk fittings ( thread into tie rods to pump in grease) went back but they closed before i got there. Text them and called no response. It was a Saturday so have to wait until Monday and can’t drive until tie rods are greased. I left him a message Saturday saying that I would be there at 9 AM on Monday so they can grease these rods because I need the vehicle. The guy text me back Monday morning around 8:30 AM and tells me “ Swing on by TOMORROW 🙄 and we’ll get you situated…” There wasn’t a single ounce of care in this message at all! No apologies, no concerns that his mechanics completely failed to grease the tie rods/boots! Had not a care in the world that his mechanics failed and that the tie rods could be ruined by me driving with no grease. It is also a huge safety issue to drive when your tie rods have no grease because they can lock and your steering would can lock up! This is my 17-year-old son‘s vehicle! Shame on this company for their pathetic behavior handling a serious situation. The lack of concern or a single care in the world that they got paid $1600 and sent me away with ungreased tie rods. A professional apology and an attempt to get me in that very next morning should’ve been what happened instead of getting a rude text saying “swing by tomorrow… “ Stay away from this company! If they can’t have someone do serious work when someone pays them a lot of money and make sure it’s correct the first time and not put people on the road in a death trap. You can do better and I hope management will handle the Guy working upfront who responded to my text about as unprofessional as you could ever have done. Go elsewhere!

I was really surprised the manager did over $600 worth of unapproved services and couldn't understand why I was not happy that he fixed my problem, even though we agreed to only repair the priority at the time. After driving the next day all the warning lights came back on. In reality the problem was not fixed because all of my lights, check engine, tracking system etc. remain on. I'm going for a second diagnostic to a different mechanic to check if the work I paid for at precision tune was actually done, there is still a pull to the right when brakes are applied. I sent a photo of the lights via text and haven't heard back. I'm out of town and have not been able to go inside the shop. I have a voice message on my phone that stated he went ahead and fixed my problem, all the service lights are off and it will cost me a bit more than expected. It was $600 over the orignal estimate we agreed on. He stated he was just trying to make me happy. I said staying within my budget is what would have made me happy.

The mechanics were highly skilled and experienced. They repaired my car efficiently and completed the work within the promised time. I was impressed by the quality of the service and the attention to detail they showed while working on the vehicle. After the repairs were completed, my car was running smoothly and performing much better than before. They also checked additional parts of the vehicle to ensure everything was functioning properly, which showed their dedication to customer satisfaction and safety.

I can't thank Precision Tune Auto Care enough for my service today on my Chevy Silverado. The General Manager Brian was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, professional and the work done was top notch. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto to anyone wanting a professional repair done in a timely manner and done right. An absolute awesome job by Brian and his team today !!!

The owner, manager and team at the North Broadway location are always polite and knowledgeable and I never feel like they are trying to cheat me out of my hard earned money. At my last visit, they went above and beyond to help me with the parts warranty company and solve a 3 year saga with my ignition coils. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and professionalism. 10/10! I will recommend their services to everyone I know!
