This shop did an excellent job. I needed a water pump and turbo replaced. They came in on a Saturday (normally closed) and did a diagnosis. They then gave me a quote with a list of everything they needed to do. They were completed that Friday and stuck with the quote. No surprises. All shops should operate like this. Thanks
View on GoogleIve been taking my vehicles to Dwight at Norwood Service for 5+ years. They do great work at a fair price. They never try to upsell me using scare tactics. On the occasion there is an issue w a job they've done, they always make it right. This is the only shop I have consistently used over an extended period of time.
View on GoogleI believe in driving used cars. I searched for 20 plus years for a auto service business that would price their work fairly and do good work. Dwight at Norwood service center has been fantastic. I have now been bringing my service work to him for five plus years. On the occasion that a repair does not get completely done satisfactorily, he always makes it right without complaining. He does not try to upsell me on stuff I may or may not need. I highly recommend this business!

They are always understanding of our financial situation, and always lets us know how much it will be prior to fixing. I always recommend them to friends!
