Absolutely stunning service for my 2012 Caddy SRX. Total front end makeover, struts, control arms, CV axles - the whole thing and Chandler was a terrific communicator through the entire process. The entire process was frictionless and within my margins for expectation, budget-wise. Excellent company. I will be bacK!

These guys are total crooks. A few months ago there was a pinhole leak in my radiator hose that was spraying coolant. I brought it to these guys in the morning but after a full day they still hadn't looked at it. I called them and they said they still hadn't looked at it, so I told them I was going to pick it up. Apparently in the 20 minutes or so that it took me to get there they looked at it, because when I picked it up they charged me a $120 "diagnostic fee", which I never consented to, and they gave me a long list of work my car allegedly needed, totaling close to $1500. Very glad I did not go forward with it because most of the work they suggested was totally unnecessary. I went on craigslist to the automotive section and found a guy there to come look at my car, popped the hood, and it took him less than a minute to spot the pinhole that was leaking the coolant, then he went to autozone and bought a new hose and replaced it in only a few minutes. I paid him $120 for this, which included the parts and everything, and it fixed the issue for good, and it was all that was needed. The craigslist guy fixed the issue for good for as much as Mr Cool charged for the "diagnostic fee". If anyone else goes to Mr Cool and gets held hostage for the bogus "diagnostic fee" that was charged without your knowledge or consent like me, I suggest not being a push over like I was. Insist they refund it, and if they don't, then get your credit card company to reverse it, saying Mr Cool never told you about the fee and wouldn't give your car back without you paying.

Mr Brown took good care of me is very professional and very personable and understood everything I was going through with my vehicle he's very compassionate and he was very thorough and also very professional everything you said and everything he does was on point Mr Aaron Brown was the best technician I've ever dealt with in my life and I'll never go anywhere else

My Cadillac all of a sudden lights across my dash showed steering issues , Susan Stephen went w/me as a person who had her car repaired at my suggestion they did a beautiful job on her car Mr Brown the owner awesome guy quoted me a price I took it and to amazement it’s done great so far Mr Brown is a great person with employees that are guarded but professional, You get awesome service and a smile that showed a desperate lady , calm Dow you will be ok and ur car also Upon picking up I took the ex husband to show I AM woman , but Mr Cool is my Prayer that was answered Mr James Brown “Mr Cool” and his son who looks like Shamar Moore aka”Mr Cooley” both are diamond shinning as Soldiets Of God with talent given to help others !!!

Very impressed with my first experience with them! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and worked with my Extended warrantee company. When taking my car in, I knew of 2 issues (they found a 3rd) and they got the warranty company to do all 3 for the same deductible.
