Mechman Alternators

Great customer service and products! The mechman team assisted me with choosing the correct alternator to fit my motorplate bracket and give me the header clearance I needed.

These guys are awesome, first class customer service you won't get anywhere else. Helped me pick out a proper alternator for my setup, and then reached out to reconfirm when I made a small error ordering to make sure I got the right thing. Show me anywhere else that does that. Alternators work great as well as long as you FOLLOW THE PROPER procedure for wire lengths/gauge requirements. Don't forget your grounds either. All around top company, will be shopping for all my alternators here in the future. Thank you Mechman!

The product / alternator is an amazing object. The only issue I ever that I don't have full instructions on how to install it. The videos that they have out are older videos which doesn't show anything for the newer alternators. I've called customer service I've waited almost two months still nothing back. I still don't have this alternator installed in my vehicle. Horrible customer service by far. Big letdown considering that I've spent $500 for something I can't enjoy. And a customer service that won't get back with me or put me on the phone with anyone. I believe I'm out of my time range to return it and possibly look into going with the competitor, but hopefully I can figure it out but it was a big let down to not have good customer service from this company to be able to verbally speak to someone. So be mindful if you buying it and you're not very DIY literate on mechanical installs the videos that you will find on YouTube or with older vehicles and the camera visual sucks on every last one of those videos including the one by this company there is no good close-ups or step by steps full install information that is up to date I believe the video that they posted is a 2008 vehicle and then one other vehicle came already with most of the stuff already done. So just be prepared for the letdown.

Hands down the best in the business! I am in Texas and have almost $15k in custom audio and visuals in my car. No one could help me with a custom alternator for my Lacrosse. Everyone had pricey suggestions and recommendations. I didmt even know how much output I needed. I called Mechman, left a message and received a call back the same day. The gentleman I spoke to was patient, engaging and informative. He even got on a three way call with a local shop to help get me the right build for my needs. I was also given the part number for the new belt my alternator would require. I paid and it arrived via Fedex. I opted out for the custom color. I installed the alternator and belt myself and my car is 100% ready to go! Not one single issue! I didn’t need extra batteries or caps. Please don’t hesitate to trust the guys at Mechman. They are professional, honest and the craftsmanship was beyond what I expected. All of my referrals will strictly be with Mechman!

I was fortunate enough to have been pointed in the right direction to Mechman Alternators 10 or so years ago...... I have had a few of there 370 series in my last 3 Chevy Tahoe`s....... They drop right in and give me FAR MORE Power than anything else i`ve seen out there....... All my friends run Mechman Products in there Trucks too. I highly recommend this company....
