Good work but their labor rate is $135.00 an hour 😳. Most shops post the labor rate visibly so you know what to expect. $135.00 an hour???? Been there several times before. Gonna check my previous receipts to see what the labor rate was on my last visit. Parts vary, labor should not

View on GoogleThis shop is our favorite Honda repair shop. Fair prices and accurate diagnosis and work performed. We've been using them for over 25 years, most recently for what we thought was a bad ignition switch but was correctly diagnosed as the need for a new starter.
View on GoogleIf you are a Honda owner in Knoxville, breathe a sigh of relief because you will never need to look for another repair shop! These guys are the best. The master mechanics at Lee's have such an unbelievable wealth of knowledge and experience, and were able to solve so many issues that stumped other shops who do not have their specialized know-how. I will never forget describing our recurring A/C problems to Mark, and having him quote back the very specific part and reason for failure on our particular model (that ultimately turned out to be exactly correct) without missing a beat. We have an older Accord, and they have been absolute wizards at sourcing quality parts that would have cost us 3-4x more from a dealership. Their prices are more than fair, their workmanship impeccable, and they are so friendly, courteous, thorough, and patient with their explanations and demonstrations. Wouldn't trust my Honda to anyone else. And if you don't currently own a Honda - buy one so you can take it to Lee's!

They are very knowledgeable!!! I am a widow and I would NEVER take my Accord anywhere else!!! They are honest and very trustworthy!!!
