King Collision is outstanding in every way. If I were to summarize that there are three things that I love about these people. 1. Every member of their staff is not only knowledgeable, but they are also warm, compassionate, and friendly. 2. The repairs are always outstanding. I’ve never had to take anything back to correct an issue or address a problem that was missed . 3. Communication. Ashley, who is one of my favorite people there, sent me messages updating me on the status of my repair frequently. I never had to guess where in the process I was. I was very grateful for this I’ve said it before and I will say it again. If you wreck your car, King Collision is who you want to do the repairs. Hands-down, they are the best in every way possible!

A truck backed into me. Now you can't tell a truck backed into me. I was fully informed through the whole process and they helped me deal with all the insurance stuff. It's also great to know my repairs come with a lifetime warranty and factory approved parts were used. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleIn a world where customer service is dead, King Collision in Powell Tennessee, is anything but. I could not have been more impressed with my experience at King Collision. I took my truck in to have a new bumper put on. I also asked what he would charge to fix the head light because of how fogged up it was and take the kink out of the right passenger door. It was actually the owner, Bill King that assisted me. I only had to wait a few minutes for them to look at it and give me an estimate. When Bill came into the waiting room, the estimate was right where I thought/hoped it would be. He said he already took the kink out and he would buff the headlight for free. They had the work done in a 1/2 day. The bumper looked great, the headlight looked like new and I had the kink out of my door. It’s very satisfying to deal with someone who is not out to take you for everything they can get. Bill is very honest, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Bill and King Collision.
