WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I recommend my mother to bring her Outback Subaru here for Catalytic Converter replacement & they did the work out the door for $750. When her car sounded absolutely horrific immediately (same day/next day) and smelled like straight up gasoline burning. She took it back several times & they said nothing was wrong. We then took it to Grayson Subaru who told us Kar Kare had removed all of her Heat Shields & Never Replaced them & the part they installed was 100% bad part. Grayson called the shop directly on her behalf with pictures & proof of what they had done as well as direct calls myself - Kar Kare refused to refund our money!! How do you sleep at night!!?? I’m telling you - don’t walk, RUN from this place!! They do NOT stand by their work at all!!! Won’t be back to this location or any location ever. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Got my catalytic converter fixed. Dropped my car off a little after 10am. They called me shortly after 12 to let me know it was ready to go. I went to pick it up and couldn’t be happier. My car is so quiet now and I don’t have to worry about the cop that kept pulling me over, (3 times in 1 month)! Highly recommended!!! Make and his mechanics are very professional and knowledgeable. Even told me about codes on dashboard that needed to be serviced. I’m so glad I tried them out, I’ll be referring as often as possible. Quick, and respectful, and commensurately priced service is what most shops nowadays don’t provide. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the shop for you! Guaranteed satisfaction!!!!

He claims to be knowledgeable but he clearly isn't and that shows having an ego kills your business plain and simple. P.s he's the worst welder I've ever seen and to top it all off he cut the boot of my axle as well.
View on GoogleI went in July last year to have my muffler replaced. I had an issue this month and the owner took a look at my vehicle. He honored the warranty for the muffler and discovered an issue with my catalytic converter. He was kind, explained everything and even got on the phone with my dad. (Lol) the issues that he corrected with my vehicle proved to be necessary. When I drive my car now it feels brand new. I would 10/10 recommend. I trust them and their judgement. They are fair, kind and honest people, a rare find in today’s world.
View on GoogleDropped by today without an appointment due to a rattling bracket on my exhaust. Mark checked it and offered me two solutions. I had installed a Borla exhaust several years ago and had been considering replacing it with something a little less “throaty”. I asked and Mark gave me a great quote for a new muffler and fixing the bracket. When I asked when he could get to it, he said right now. In about 30-45 minutes, I was rolling out with my new exhaust. Highly recommend Kar Kare on Kingston Pike.
