8-13-25 My 1998 Buick started making a very loud, odd noise. I had 2 people to tell me what a nice man Joe is and they felt he was very honest. I followed a friend to the shop and Joe said he would be glad to look at the car. In a couple of days he called back and told me it was something to do with power steering. He had to order the parts and this took a few more days. I had looked up an estimate and got a ball park figure of what it would cost me. I called Joe and the price was less than I thought. Got my car back yesterday and I am very pleased. The noise is gone. Thank you Joe. Wilma Whaley

I had a problem with my car that was caused by another shop. I needed an engine replacement. Joe found an engine at a scrap yard in North Carolina. It wasn't just pull the old engine and install the new engine. My car has California emissions on it. So Joe and Paul had to pull all that stuff and install it on the new engine. This is a two man shop, so it was not a quick job' They had my car from 4 to 6 weeks I think. It was worth the wait and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work required.

These guys are such wonderful, honest people. They fixed my husband’s vehicle quickly and for a reasonable price, so I took my van to them shortly after and they worked so hard to troubleshoot my issue. They also went above and beyond to help me find a part for my older vehicle. They also were incredibly patient because it has taken a long time to acquire said part. Highly recommended, honest, reasonable, extraordinarily helpful mechanics, which is a rarity nowadays. Thank y’all again!

STAY AWAY. I waited a week to leave this review so I was level headed as I was so angry. I paid $117 to get my vehicle towed there. They assured me they had the diagnostic tool to check it. Which they did but none of them can read it.. then not only did they keep it from Friday till late Monday. I then had to pay another tow to Toyota of knoxville and guess what? I needed my wheel bearing replaced.. not a thing wrong with the computers or sensors like they claimed. So they then proceeded to charge me $100 FOR WASTING MY TIME. they should be embarrassed to charge someone when they can't do there job.. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm out 217$ for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
