I was quoted $40 for my used tire twice but when it came time to pay since I didn’t have cash, the older round gentleman who seemed like owner charged me $50 then wanted to tell me that he was justified in doing that because the tire would’ve been $80 down the street. That doesn’t matter and if the cash price is different, say that up front. They did get the tire put on decently quickly, and the young man who helped me initially was very nice but the owner needs a lesson in customer service.

I replaced(paid for) the same tire 3 times in less then 30 days. The owner(a preacher) told my neighbor(who referred me there) that I was a witch of some sorts. Advised her and her family that living beside me is the reason they are experiencing hard ships(because I celebrate holidays). Going to this tire shop has negatively impacted my life. Not to mention the dangerous of profiling someone as demonic & knowingly seeking defective and safe tires. Not recommended for women to go here

Amazing, detailed, precise work. Cheap prices, brand new or used, whichever you want and he always has both on hand. Quick work but very detail oriented. I get my Audi and VW serviced here for all tire needs and have the same experience as I would at the dealership or a major tire company.

Brought a tire to put on my wheel lady said it was 20 dollars. They put the tire on and did not balance it. The guy said if wanted it balanced it be 10 more dollars. Been going there for years the guy that runs it is pretty cool but they got to much going on now and he didn't even speak to me as usual. I don't know where else you get tire put on and they don't balance it. So I will be taking my tire and getting it balanced somewhere else. Tri county tire in oak ridge does mount and balance for 20. I will be taking it there and giving them the 10 dollars to balance it. Used to love this place but now it's getting to big and not as friendly as it once was.
