What I valued most and why I will be a repeat customer is the extra effort their service personnel (David) put into finding a solution to avoid replacing a major component. Great service and was able to fit me in quickly! David was very helpful and friendly. Needed tired rotated before a trip and he went above and beyond to do that for me. He also saw some excessive wear and issues with break pads so I’ll be coming back soon to get those taken care of.

Gotta give it up to Aurora at Free Service! She took amazing care of me and probably saved my life. There was a thumping in my tire and it turned out to be a massive bolt! I was about to hit the highway for a long stretch and I'm sure my tire would have blown if she hadn't saved me! I arrived 30 minutes before closing and she was the only one working. She took my car right in and had me back in the driver's seat before the door locked at 7pm! I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. I am out of town traveling and had no where else to go. Aurora really saved the day! Thank you!!!

Had all rotors and brake pads replaced in November. Had to take car back in within a month for grinding. Was told it was from excessive braking causing heat. So they shaved some of rotors. 2.5 months later, back in the shop for the same issue and calipers. Clearly they put a bandaid on a bigger issue and instead of actually finding out why there was excessive heat to the rotors the first time; they just chalked it up as I was riding the brakes too much. Manager was absolutely no help and refused to say they should have done more the 2nd time I had it in the shop to diagnose the issue. Instead just wanted to talk about what another shop should have done when they should have been the ones to originally do that in the first place. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my car to a different shop and PAYING to have things replaced, rather than dealing with them and having it done for free still under warranty. I would never go back to this place. Cost me about 2k originally, and going to cost me another 2k. But it’s better than dealing with the individuals at this location on Kingston pike.
