My rim was completely bent and I called Rick, he told me to come up and he would take care of it. Not only did he save me from having to buy a new wheel, he found that my tire had an issue. He fixed my wheel & got me a brand new GoodYear tire for an incredible price. As a single mother, this helped more than you know. He and his crew are kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful. I’ll be making the drive from Maryville any time I need help with my tires. And as a small business owner that drives a lot, I need new tires often. Easy to deal with. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got a price over the phone first and the total was true to the phone price plus 20.00 to mount an extra tire of mine on the spare rim for me since my spare was bad. Would highly recommend. My only complaint is that I had hoped to smoke 2 cigars while I waited and I only had time to smoke one, lol.

On our way back home to Sevierville our tire started making a noise. We pulled over and our tire was falling apart! Could see the inside it was just completely shredding. Thank God we was just a very short distance from this place and they took such wonderful care of us! They were friendly, quick and the prices are great. They helped us out such a great deal today and we are so thankful! Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly!
