I Stopped by a few days ago after trying to use one of the gas station air pumps, it ended up being a total waste of money but THEN I found a great little spot to come back to for all of my future tire needs! 😀 As soon as I pulled in someone immediately asked what I needed even though they were a little busy, Each person I encountered was very respectful, The gentleman had me pull into the garage and aired both of my plugged tires up, made sure both tire plugs were done properly and then made sure I had no other holes in my tire! It was super quick and friendly service !! Definitely recommend for all of your tire and other small auto needs 🛺 👍 *****/5

The owner of this establishment Paul sold me two tires with a two week warranty and put my tire on inside out resulting in my rim being bent , when I brought the matter to his attention I was met with hostility , threatened, and told that’s not his problem. If I could have rated this a zero star I would but for now a one star will suffice. Being met with racial slurs and threatening behavior from an owner of an establishment defines poor customer service. I’m taking legal action to ensure this man answers for how he’s conducting business. My advice to anyone in need. Keep rolling there’s two more tire shops down broadway 🎯

This is a hidden little gem in Halls, TN. Very good prices. The used tire I bought had good tread on it which I was surprised.. Supper nice people. Quick service. The most important part? They will not cheat you. A lot of these places will scam you. After I left I picked up a small nail. I took it back and he said he would not charge me for the tire plug because of the warranty they gave me for the used tire. He could have easily told me he was gonna charge me but he did not. They are very appreciative of the business and I will go back again and again with any tire needs.

Paul sold me what I thought was 4 new tires, but instead he gave me 4 used that I was unaware of. I went in to the dealership for an oil change a couple days later and they listed my tires needed attention. I advised that I just purchased "new" tires. They gauged them 3 times to make sure and they were measuring the same. After I called Paul, stated the other company was just trying to sell me tires. I then went to another shop just to confirm and they too told me the tires were used and would soon need to be replaced. After contacting Paul again telling him about the second company, he told me he would give me a refund if I bring the tires back. He issued the refund and when I checked my about, it was $100 less than what I paid. He said it was for tire services he never disclosed when he stated he would issue the refund. Then got rude when I called him to ask about it and told him he never mentioned any of this and he needs to start giving full disclosures to his customers of what they are actually getting.
