Thank you again EAG for the quality work recently conducted on my BMW 328i. With it being 13 years old, I had a rather lengthy list of routine maintenance and repairs that needed prompt attention. I sincerely appreciate your assistance prioritizing these in a manner that allowed me to address them in the most economical manner. Your quote provided details of each item in a way that clearly explained the issues, method of repair and associated cost. Regular updates were provided by either a phone call (if detailed explanations where necessary) OR via your automated system. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Jeremy was my service consultant and rocked.....appreciated his insight and recommendations throughout the process. Years ago, we had to have a diff't foreign car serviced (timing belts). To save a few extra $$'s, we followed the recommendation of a coworker and had a guy handle those repairs in his home garage. His name alone (Crow) should have been a red flag! That car NEVER ran the same again and his mistakes led to other costly issues. Ended up having to sell it. Lesson learned, the hard way, was spend a little extra to have the job done right by technicians that focus on your make/model vehicle that provide a solid warranty on their work. It will always be worth it in the long run. Thanks again!!

I have an 2019 Audi Q8 with an ac problem, not only were they were able to fix it, they did something the dealership would not. They got my extended warranty company to pay for a large portion of the repair. Collin was a huge help and kept me informed during the entire process.

Decided to try EAG after Greyson BMW tried to charge us thousands for an issue they caused while my car was in for an oil change ( and kept it for several weeks), and after reading EAG’s reviews. We are very pleased with the service here and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
