I honestly cannot say enough good things about this business! We were traveling all the way from oklahoma to Washington DC when we experienced car trouble in Tennessee. We called several places who said they did not have the time to service our vehicle since it was in the afternoon on a friday. Russell at Dennis hall was able to get us in! They told us it would take about 2 hours before our vehicle was ready. we told them that we were going to walk a few blocks away, to get something to eat And they offered us a vehicle to drive So we didn't have to walk. They were extremely polite, professional and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this business.

A friend recommended me to Dennis Hall's Auto when I moved to Knoxville 3 years ago, and I have been using them ever since for work on my 09 subaru. They are trustworthy, caring, and efficient. I have had multiple incidents where I needed something looked at quickly, and they have always been able to work with me to get me in and make sure my car was safe. They have thoroughly inspected my car for any repairs when I needed to go on a long trip and didn't push me to fix anything that wasn't necessary. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest mechanics that do great work.

I had my engine with 102,000 making ratteling noise. It needed a new engine. I inherited the car from my father. The recommended to take the car to the car dealership instead of replacing the engine. The dealership was able to replace an engine out of warrenty for free. Thank you for your integrity

Went there for a diagnostics on my truck they figured out the problem said it was a driveshaft, the feller at the front desk told me he couldnt get it and hed give me a call back when he got it. Well i never got a call back and i was able to find the driveshaft in less than a hour. They gave me a quote for the job at 1500 bucks i found the part for 300$ and it took me less than 10 minutes to change. Very over priced and not good at communicating
