I've been here twice now, and each time had an excellent experience. They changed my oil quickly and are super friendly. Plus they usually have cheaper oil changes here than I can find anywhere else. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI’ve been coming to Costa since they first opened, but my most recent visit on Tuesday afternoon was really disappointing. The service was unfriendly from the start—it honestly felt like my arrival was an inconvenience to the staff. They only changed the oil and skipped the usual basic checks I’ve come to expect, like tire pressure and topping off the windshield washer fluid. In the past, the service here has been more thorough, which is why this visit stood out in a bad way. The workers seemed uninterested and unwilling to put in much effort, which made the whole experience feel rushed and mediocre. I hope this was just an off day, but it definitely didn’t meet the standard I’ve experienced here before.

There was an issue on our end with the coupon however the Manager was able to quickly resolve the issue and honored the deal we purchased. The manager and assistant manager did our oil change and windshield wipers. They were friendly and professional. The assistant manager answered our questions and had us in & out in under 10 minutes. The shop and employees are clean and organized. I love to support veteran locally owned businesses and glad we stopped here. We came in from a coupon but will be returning as regulars.
