From the beginning, Jacob made me feel confident in their services and expertise. He relates incredibly well with customers and makes you feel like more than just another repair ticket. Everyone I came in contact with, from the front desk staff to the paint and body techs, was extremely friendly and professional. The quality of the work was outstanding. The paintwork is some of the best I’ve ever seen, and when I picked up my vehicle, the whole Murano looked absolutely brand new. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes. It’s clear they truly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I’ve definitely found my go-to body shop and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I had a great experience with this body shop after my car was involved in a hit and run. From the very beginning, the owner took the time to walk me through the shop and explain the process during my estimate, which really helped me feel confident leaving my car in their hands. The repair itself took about three weeks, and the end result was absolutely worth the wait, my car looks brand new again. The quality of the work truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, Holly kept me informed and was always helpful and responsive, which made everything less stressful. The only small issue I had was a bit of tape residue left behind after the repair, but it was easy to clean off and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing quality body work and great customer service.

I never had to call to check and see how things were going Holly called me with any updates she had and really made the experience amazing and not having to wonder how things were going. Paul is a very nice guy and super helpful. Talking to Paul and seeing the cleanliness around the shop really gives you the confidence that your repair will be done perfectly. Also want to say thank you to Morgan for detailing my truck before I picked it up you done an amazing job as well!
