I strongly recommend avoiding Central Tire Company at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any business. The tire I purchased from them started giving me problems only one week after I bought it. That is completely unacceptable. I expected a tire to last far longer than a few days, but instead I was stuck dealing with issues almost immediately. What’s even worse is that when I reached out about it, they did not stand behind their product at all. Their attitude was that it was “not their responsibility,” even though they had just sold me the tire a week earlier. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional, including cursing during the conversation. Customer service was horrible. The staff came across as dismissive, rude, and unwilling to do the right thing. Between the poor tire quality, the disgusting lack of accountability, and the way they treated me, I would never buy from Central Tire Company again. I strongly caution anyone else to think twice before doing business with them.

They were fast and thorough and you don't need an appointment. They also charge a fair price. One of the large box store tire retailers wanted over double their price for mounting and balancing my tires.
View on GoogleWent here a lil over a week ago - & I thought he had took care of me I really was so appreciative even gave him a couple dollars for a tip. Immediately noticed the day after a grinding sound under my passenger floorboard. I have it at a shop rn and they told me this place sold me a used tire that is over 40 years old. This may be exactly what’s wrong with my car rn.. will be finding out very soon. I do have the warranty but not willing to go swap out a bad one for another bad one. Really love my $50 back bit I’m sure that’s not how it works.
