The team worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process without overwhelming me with unnecessary details or pressure. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need, something that’s all too common at a lot of places. Instead, they simply gave me honest information about the condition of my vehicle and what to keep an eye on for the future. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well‑kept, which made the short wait even easier. They finished the job in great time, and when they walked me through what they did, everything was clearly explained. My car is running smoothly, and it’s obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for fast, trustworthy, and friendly service, I highly recommend the Farragut Carfix location. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

Took our truck in for a hitch bolt that we could not get off, even after a month of trying. They let us come in right after we called them about it and had it fixed within 10 minutes of arriving. Great customer service and friendly staff. I will for sure be bringing all of my auto needs here in the future.
View on GoogleProblem happened on a Wednesday, I dropped it off before they closed on Thursday, and they had it figured out with the replacement part orderd on Friday. They were able to fix the air filter issue (on a hot 93 degree day!) quickly and I had her back by the following Monday afternoon. Tony specifically was friendly and prompt. He really made this a very stress free experience. Fair pricing for professional and speedy work.
