Ron answered my call about getting my VW in to be seen about a belt. He was friendly and polite and assured me that he could get me in that same day. When I came in, Ron was behind the counter assisting another customer, so Justin helped me. He was also friendly and polite. They asked for a little time to diagnose the problem and get back to me with an estimate. I was very surprised at how quickly Justin was able to do so! It seemed to be a fair price for the work being done, and Justin even put me in a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Then Justin called the very next day to let me know that my Beetle was ready. I had pleasant conversations with both Ron and Justin during my checkout process. It made me feel like I was at a small shop where they know you and really value you as a customer. I was grateful to have such an experience. They had the resources to get the problem fixed quickly, but it still felt like going to an unpretentious local place. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Ron Speagle, Service Advisor, & Roy, mechanic, at CarFix. Ron worked hard to find good used parts for my repair to help keep my cost down. He kept me apprised of the work & what my car needed, sending photos & explaining in a way I could understand. He followed up with me after I had gotten my car back to ensure I was satisfied.

Justin provided a well organized list of tasks and pricing. CF proceeded with the work and when I got the car back the performance was much improved. We spent a lot of money on this car and we actually feel great about it because the we were shown what was going to be done and why. There were many things that needed attention on this car and Justin made sure we understand what was to be done and why and explained the invoice fully. I totally recommend CAR FIX

Anytime anything is wrong with our Subaru or Audi, old Mazda and VW, we have peace of mind because we know Josh and his team will do everything in their power to get our vehicles in same day. We can call and get quotes over the phone. We get the best maintenance. Sadly, we live out of state. Car Fix please expand out of the state!!! The people need you! It’s so very hard to find a quality shop!

They were quick with options when I explained my problem and also followed up days after I came in to make sure all was going well with my car!
