I literally could not be happier. I originally took my car to the dealership and it was going to take a week for them to even look at it so I called the dealership that I bought it from and they said no take it to Budget. I'll admit that I was a little nervous. It's a Subaru with a CVT and all wheel drive. That's when I met Keese she is an absolute sweetheart. I needed the car looked at and warranty approved so that I could get a rental. She had it done THAT day. Warranty approved new transmission ordered and on the way. They had my car a total of 4 days INCLUDING the weekend then called and said I was ready. As I said before I could not be happier. It drives amazing. No issues whatsoever. I definitely 100,000% recommend Budget to anyone having transmission issues.

I needed work done on my truck and I was referred to them by a friend. I checked the reviews and was a little nervous. I went anyway due to sometimes the entire story isn't listed on reviews. I took my car on a Friday , I had it back by Tuesday of the following week. It runs so much better and the cost was not bad . I have driven to California and Florida since the repairs and this truck is better than when I first bought it . I also haul and its perfect. Thank you guys. The lady in the office was the most kindest young lady and she kept me updated , great communicational skills.

They came recommended to me by two separate mechanics. These people were great. I’ve talked to the owner of the front desk and the technicians. All of them were very professional and very personable. I’ve used both cars quite a bit and no issues. I definitely recommend these folks.
View on GoogleI am an elderly lady that needed my ford explorer fixed. It had been sitting for about 3 years and it just didn't work. Someone at church recommended Jerry and K. I had it towed there . The communication was amazing and the honesty. It had other issues besides the transmission and Jerry and sweet K fixed the transmission at an affordable price and then took it to the other shop for us to repair the other findings. I would totally recommend Budget Transmissions. I was afraid at first since I am elderly that I would get taken advantage of .. NOPE!! All the staff was great . Thank you guys
View on GoogleGot lied to several times about when the inspector was coming to check on our transmission quality and they had my husbands truck for over a week and no work got done and then was told they would leave the key accessible for my husband and i to get and we drove almost a hour there and the key was no where to be found and the owner would not answer her phone and so we had to drive a total of 3 hours just to get my husbands truck back. fast forward over a month and i come to get my husbands key that they have had while not trying to contact us about getting it back and the owner was very rude. all in all don’t go here to get your transmission replaced or anything done. customer service is terrible. bad attitudes. and to top it all off my husband still doesn’t have a new transmission.
