The whole experience was amazing. My appointment was at 12 and I was out the door by 12:57. They were quick, knowledgeable and you can’t beat their prices. 10/10 and I will definitely be coming here for all my breaks needs.

Gave me multiple options on what to do moving forward, and I ended up going with their recommendations. Got me in and out in a very reasonable time period 👍🏻

View on GoogleTook my vehicle for the "free quote". They wouldn't give me an idea of a quote but kept pushing the "free quote." When I elected not to do the service, they tried to charge me $43 for my "free quote." I challenged it, and they dropped the charge. This would have been fine, but they proceeded to fill out my name to receive insurances quotes. I received 5 calls after leaving their business. I know it was them, because they butchered my last name on the quotes and at the shop. I called BudgetBrakes back and asked if they have my number out. He seemed shocked I called back and said, "We don't do that sort of thing here." This could have all been avoided if there was a sign or something that stated the fee.

Super recommend bc diagnosis of problem & estimate were spot-on. Also appreciated no pressure from service writer when he called and I asked him if it were possible/safe to get front brakes done this month & then back brakes at next paycheck. His no pressure made me comfortable to get both done today. All pulsation & vibrating in steeringwheel gone when applying brakes to exit highway when I tested it on my regular work route. Looking over receipt I think price was VERY reasonable bc it was done right! My son and I can confirm what other reviewers have said about them being respectful that u have an older vehicle and they don't try to sell u more than what u went in to have done.
