First of all let me start by saying for over two weeks I’ve been looking calling and stopping at shops trying to find someone who would take me in and have the know how, and someone who stands on business. I stopped In there today and Mr. Brooks took over thirty mins of his time asking the “complete” info on my vehicle and my build, also what I expect in return. From gear head to gear head I’m extremely grateful. These people that know there stuff are extremely hard to find!! Thank you Mr. Brooks for your time, and I will be seeing you really soon!!!

We reached out to Pat to look over a car we were interested in buying since we were going to be driving nearly 4 hrs to see it. Pat was so friendly and helpful - he drove the car with my husband in the car, then had him take pictures of the issues with the vehicle to show the dealer and explained every problem and potential down the road issues in great detail and advised us on what options to consider. We felt more like family members (I grew up with a “car dad”) than customers. Pat definitely knows his cars inside and out and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially anyone who has a performance vehicle. His pricing for the inspection was more than reasonable, and we know we made the right decision passing on the car.

The work Pat done on my car was amazing. He treated me with respect and gave me a very fair deal. I had to have a lot of work done to get my car back to normal and he got all my parts in and made it happen. He gave me quotes on things before he did the work and when I picked my car up he gave me receipts showing all his work and even showed me the old car parts that’s was removed. He went in on his day off to try to get me my car sooner. He is definitely recommend, and will be my mechanic from this point on.

Finding a mechanic who really takes pride in his work is difficult. Finding a mechanic who is honest is difficult too. Finding a mechanic who is both is nearly impossible. Pat Brooks fits the bill. He is honest, knowledgeable and cares about his customers. My wife and I are so happy to have found this shop and will be returning customers. Thanks to Pat, Allison and Princess too! I took my daughters car to find out what was wrong with it after I had already paid over 500 to a different place to fix it because it kept running hot. They charged me 125 dollars and told me it was the Radiator. And that he could fix it for 1600. Long story short. My dad did the work himself so I could save some money. And after we replaced the Radiator it is still running 🔥. So this is the 2nd shop to charge me and the car still isn't fixed. It's sad that you can't find an honest mechanic these days 😕 I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Replying back to your comment.The thermostat was replaced. sir after the radiator had been replaced and the coolant had been drained by A local mechanic shop and he put it back in after the radiator had been replaced. Everything was replaced as it should have been. Like you told me so now like I said i'm out of more money because I had to have more work done because you told me the wrong issue!! As a business the right thing to do is give me back the 125 dollars I paid you for Nothing!! And just an FYI. It was the waterpump that was the problem. 🤦‍♀️
