First visit left me relieved! Called ahead and Bobby accepted me in immediately after a short description of the issue. Did diagnostics same day and had a full report of what I needed fixed, as well as planning for the future, first thing in the morning. Car was up and running a few hours later, pictures of their work throughout were presented as well for assurance. The mechanics were even kind enough to remove a stripped bolt on my license plate after I asked at the last minute, no charge. BA is definitely the shop to recommend when people come asking!

EDIT: The response is laughable. I was told "Owner won't let us work on BMW or Benz." Never was I told ASAIN only. Just needed somebody to inject UV dye into my low side port. Found another local shop that injected it. I found my leak with my uv light. I needed a uv dye diagnostic run on my 2017 Mini Clubman AC. After trying a big box shop with alot of Pep, and being called Dear & told I didn't know what I was talking about, I decided to go local and try these guys. Just a diagnostic, not a repair. They don't work on BMW or Mercedes. As a disabled woman who can't tolerate heat, I need to know where my A/C is leaking. Just a dye test.

Probably the best repair shop experience I've had. They got to look at my car the same day i dropped it off, repair completed the next day. Rates were reasonable, but the thing that stands out most was the customer service. They were up front about costs, what needed to be done and what could wait until the future, and they kept me updated with photos and videos of not only the problem, but the actual repair itself with photos of the old and new parts showing the work, that level of transparency is rare in mechanic shops now.
