There were no surprises and no pressure. The retractable top now operates properly, and the repair was completed with attention to detail and excellent workmanship. I recently took my 2012 c250 here to get a nasty coolant leak fixed and a faulty thermostat replaced and I gotta say cody did a great job getting me in there as soon as possible and was very informative and helpful, these guys do fantastic work! Super professional and honest folks to work with and worth every penny! Would recommend anyone with a Mercedes to go here if you want the job done right!

On our last service they identified the tires were in bad shape. We immediately took them to Discount Tire and got a new set.
