AutoXtend is a God send. I won’t let anyone touch our vehicles but them. Eric and his crew are awesome honest and fast. I’d recommend them to anyone. Got another car headed there now. I can rest easy that it’s in good hands.
View on GoogleWe have used Auto Xtend for 15 or 20 years. I can't understand how they could treat my elderly husband this way. He took his 1969 Ford F100 to have a fuel pump and filter put on. They replaced the fuel filter and apx 2ft. Fuel line. Took it for a test drive over heated and drove it back smoking like crazy. Instead of letting it cool down. They replaced the thermostat.This is a really nice truck it has won 3 trophies at f100 show in Pigeon Forge. They refused to work on it to find what was wrong with it. We had it wrecker back home. Two mechanics came and looked at it.Had three bad push rods and other internal damage. They determined that it had been hot roded by the mechanic. When Scott the owner came back off vacation my husband called he said he would look into it. We havent heard from him it's been three weeks now. They charged us 902.00 dollars. Sounds to me like they have a license to rip you off cause you have to pay them to get your Vehicle back whether it's fixed or not. So you might think twice before you use them.
