I was traveling from Md with my niece and her 4 children. (7,6,3 and1). We exited the highway and stopped at the light and the van cut off and would not restart. We were able to drift to the shoulder and called Anderson. They were quick to get to Us. I didn’t tell them of my passengers. As soon as the driver saw my predicament he called his dispatcher who came to the rescue. She arrived with a vehicle fitting all 4 car seats and took us to get our rental. They recommended a shop to take the car and made sure we were taken care of. Forever grateful and no price gouging. I’m sorry I don’t have their names but I lm not sure I remembered them correctly. Awesome service and definitely went above and beyond!

There is an Anderson Towing truck that drives recklessly, speeds, and runs stop signs at Lowes Ferry and red lights on Louisville Road and Topside road at high rates of speed, while tailgating the cars in front In Louisville. This occurs between 6:00a - 6:45am. It’s ridiculous and this driver is going to seriously injure or kill someone. This may be a great company, but this is unacceptable. Also, here’s a picture of them running a red light from the straight lane into traffic today. Also have the dash cam video. The video shows the Anderson Tow Truck running the red light from the straight lane. Vehicle coming from Top Side road, that had the right of way, missed it by just seconds. This driver drives this way everyday.

Devon dropped everything and continually went above and beyond to make sure that we were cared for. I highly recommend this company. I greatly appreciate the superior service and care. A measure of a good company is their great employees who care to do the very best - Devon was definitely that.

I wanted to personally say THANK YOU I had a flat tire with 2 of my grandkids in the car with me, at night, nothing open and he saw me on the distressed. Ned the owner came over and asked me if he could help, I didn’t have 5 dollars in my account. He told me he was going to tow my car for free to help me. Ned and his worker towed my car to my house for free and never asked me for a dime. I’m forever grateful and it restored in me that there are still great people out here willing to help! Thank you and ur workers for everything I’ll definitely send everyone I know to you!!! Angela Clampet
