These guys are the best. Very helpful and great to work with. I was in need of a new tires, wheels and lift. Talking with Damon about what I was looking for in the lift, there were several suggestions as we talked. I didn't need the lift to be overly tall because I usually go on small trails with low limbs and driving on the beach in very soft sand. So here we go, we decided on 3 Inch Rough Country Vertex coilovers with V2 rear shocks. Mickey Thompson BAJA Boss A/T LT305/60R18 (33x12.50) worked most excellent in the soft sand at the beach. Actually lowering the tire pressure to 30 psi was excellent for the Mickey Thompson tires in the sand. My 2014 Ford just launched through the soft sand. We went with Black Rhino Atlas wheels to top it off. This setup is working great for me. Thank you Damon and All Terrain Auto Care and all the guys that worked my truck.

I have a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed the front axle replaced along with several other parts. Since no new front axles were available at the time, AT was able to locate a used axle for the repair. After driving the vehicle locally for about three weeks with no issues, I took it on a longer freeway trip and noticed a vibration at higher speeds. Because the used axle came with a one-year warranty, I brought the vehicle back to AT for a follow-up inspection. After a thorough diagnosis, the used front axle was determined to be the cause of the issue. AT then located a newly rebuilt front axle and replaced it, along with some additional parts. The vehicle is now driving great. Throughout the entire process, the service advisor, Preston, kept me well informed and reassured me that the technicians would get the issue resolved.

Scammed me!!! Do NOT get work done here! Pictures includes for proof! They charred $955.82 for parts that cost $442.88 off of the Moog website!!!! That’s more than DOUBLE over ($512.94 over!!!) AND they didn’t even fix the problem I brought it in for. Still makes horrible noise from the drivers side tire. They told me it was coming from my hitch. I told them to take the hitch off. Shocking that didn’t help. Then they told me it was fixed because it was coming from my tag!!! You can tell it’s coming from my front drivers tire!!!! The tag is bolted down and doesn’t even move! They did not care and have no idea what they are doing! Take your vehicle anywhere but here!!! Now my Jeep is still having problems and I’m $2400 out for nothing! They have no clue what they are doing and scam people! Posted on Jeep FB pages and everyone agreed that they are horrible! Please don’t go here!!! Listen to the bad reviews!

This was my first experience with All-Terrain Auto Care. I was looking for a reputable and professional place to take my truck. I wasn’t disappointed. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable. I have a lifted Ford F250. I had a tire wear issue that needed to be addressed and they took care of it. I was kept informed as to the progress and was pleasantly surprised as to their experience and various recommendations on some of the issues I needed to address. Will definitely use them if the truck needs more attention, especially regarding suspension issues.
