These guys are nice and honest and really do the job right the first time. I had a great first experience and will definitely come back if I need to. You can’t go wrong going here.

I had just picked up my wife from the airport when I also picked up a large piece of metal from the co structure going on. I had to pull over but luckily it was close by to this place. They quickly came out, jacked up my car, took my tire, fixed it, and returned it. I was amazed at how professional and friendly the worker was. My only regret is I don't live closer so I could use them all the time.

Terrible place, over charges. Read others reviews, they don’t grease the parts they install, they insist it’s not there job. For people who don’t know much about cars, this place looks satisfactory despite their lack of customer service and uncomfortable waiting room. I doubt they will walk you to your car and actually show you what they did. There sly, money hungry and lack the decency to serve you or show you there work. Multiple reviews mention promising a day for their car to be ready and the excuse of how many vehicles they took on and breaking a promise with there customer. They give no estimate in advance, by the time you’re ready to pick up your vehicle days after the deadline that was originally set, they give you a high price that’s barely acceptable. If that can’t pin point you a price in advance I wouldn’t do service because by the time the work is done, they’ll be demanding money that’s absurd for the work and parts. I would recommend most any other garage you can find in Maryville or Alcoa I typically don’t have issues this extreme.

Every time I’ve gone to Haynes Alignment and Tire Service, I have had nothing but professional service and very knowledgeable of what my needs were for my 1953 Chevy pick up truck. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and with no hesitation.

*** I SUGGEST READING THIS REVIEW *** Ask them to replace my steering components on front end and cv axles after waiting in the cold waiting room for hours on some used old couch with little to no customer service leaving my ride waiting for probably an hour I finally was able to speak with someone the repair took days and cost me more than $1000 (I have the receipt and will add it later) I also supplied my own brake rotors and had an alignment but $1000 for steering components I found as a kit on eBay for my truck that they sold individually is ridiculous besides once I came back to the shop they told me this total I felt uncomfortable nobody walked me out to my vehicle ****THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT GREASE THE PARTS**** they don’t do it prior to installing or after and I would have to do so myself or find another shop after inspecting it myself I saw multiple scratches on my BRAND NEW parts they provided I was overwhelmed I was upset and some of the parts we discussed were not replaced Hays alignment disappoint me and I haven’t reached out to to them and it has Been awhile since I got these repairs but I have been so frustrated and focused on other things I do think they did a good job doing the alignment but my weights are missing from my rim and when replacing parts they didn’t put things back in place properly that’s pure lazy I would also like to specify I specifically had the front end Steering components replaced along with my provided rotors and pads and my front shocks I am also 20 years old that’s my money I worked extremely hard for and my truck I worked extremely hard for I am not a particular person or a professional mechanic but I do work in the garage and have fair knowledge and I am highly disappointed listening in the time I spent in the waiting room regulars receive good treatment on small jobs but I would have to say for myself my trust has been broken Update feb 21 2024 Brakes started leaking from where parts have been replaced and I have not had work except for exhaust done since the have done this
