James was a pleasure to work with. We have now brought two vehicles here and will continue to bring vehicles from routine maintenance. Very honest shop and they don’t try to upsell me like most auto places do. Being a woman, a lot a mechanics take advantage of that but this shop is my favorite one because of how up front they are! Definitely recommend coming and a scheduling an appointment. Because they were so kind the first time they have earned three new customers through me.

Truck broke down on me over the weekend (on a Sunday), loosing all kinds of diesel fuel while driving down the road. I had already had a great previous experience here at Auto Pro in Alcoa last year with my wife's car, so there was no hesitation in where I wanted my truck to go. Called and talked with the folks there on Monday morning when they opened to let them know my truck had been dropped off there over the weekend. Told them what had happened to me while driving it, and that I needed to have it diagnosed to see what was going on. Having dropped it off there with no appointment scheduled, I told them I understood if they were booked up and it would take some time to get it looked at and or fixed. Josh I believe it was that I dealt with on the phone, told me they would get it looked at that day, and let me know what they found. He called later that day and said it was ready to go! Great service and VERY quick turnaround. Truly appreciate their turnaround time, their attention to detail, and getting me back on the road so quickly! 5 star experience two times in a row using the guys here to fix our vehicles!
