Dead serious here fantastic experience. The car always looks great and the area where you can use the vacuum and the microfibers is always clean, trash cans emptied. It's so easy to use that it's not even worth getting your own stuff out at home.
View on GoogleThe staff are kind and lovely to deal with. However, the carwash scratched up my immaculate F-150's hood after a single wash. The machines audibly pummeled my truck and forced my side mirrors to fold in from the pressure. I imagine this wash is great for small and mid cars but NOT large trucks that aren't already heavily worked. Staff told me when I signed up that I could easily cancel via the manager on site. When I went in to cancel three days later the sole staff member on site claimed, "There is no manager and [I] have to cancel online by emailing the billing department..." I requested a refund for the membership I held for 3 days which damaged my truck. That is all I want. Lesson learned. This wash isn't for me. I am sure it's great for many other folks but I'll drive far to use the auto-wash that doesn't scratch my truck's paint. I will happily update the star-rating if management responds appropriately. Edit (12/22/25): Update from 1 star to 4. Billing reached out, offered to cancel my membership and refund the wash that scratched my hood. I understand these things happen and accept the resolution. They also informed me that a manager should indeed be on site.
View on GoogleI use the Homestead/Munhall location all the time. It does a great job for a brushless car wash. The pricing is comparable to other car washes, but the results are unbeatable. No scratches from other dirty cars! Plus they have a number of wash selections which are priced accordingly.
View on GoogleRidiculous barely rinsed car off and they didn't even tell me that they vacuums are out of order so no clean up area and asked attendant and her attitude was you pay for the wash not the other...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS CAR WASH!!!!
View on GoogleBrand new car, first wash. Inspected the vehicle before leaving the dealer and hadn’t washed it until coming here. Filed a claim and was denied because it was “impossible” that their wash could have done this. I recommend taking your car elsewhere or only using their free vacuums.
