I sold my ‘23 ford escape to Jim Shorkey Ford today after I bought it in January from a shady dealership in Jersey. I loved the car but a new job was giving me a company car so keeping two cars in the city was pointless. The experience was amazing and throughout my time with service and sales everyone has been so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond! I work in insurance and every time we got calls about clients adding cars everyone was nice and patient! 11/10 recommend working through Jim Shorkey dealerships! Next time I buy a car it’ll be from Shorkey.

I went down to Jim Shorkey's Ford to look at one truck and ended up buying another truck. I had a very good experience throughout buying my 2014 Ford-150 truck. Randy was my salesperson, Brett was the manager and Jamie did all the paperwork. All really good people to work with. Keep up the good work !!!

Bob Reese, Derek Emerick, and Carolyn Seneca were a pleasure to work with and they made my service experience painless! Had a flat tire and needed it towed after originally thinking I could use fix-a-flat and get it there myself, but Carolyn was so sweet in moving the appointment and they had it diagnosed and done in no time. Another issue arose unexpectedly after the tire was fixed which resulted in me needing a rental and they put me in a 2025 Black Bronco Sport! They really took care of me and helped me without hesitation. This is a great service department and their customer service is top tier! Thank you so much to these guys and gal for a great experience! I feel very much at ease here and I feel confident in them to take care of all of my maintenance and repair needs.
