The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. I brought in my BMW X3 with a difficult issue that other shops struggled to properly diagnose, and Hayden did a fantastic job identifying the problem quickly and accurately. Not only was the diagnosis thorough, but the repair work was completed with excellent attention to detail and communication throughout the process. They are fantastic, they worked with my every need. They serviced my car right after their soft opening of the business, after I incurred some minor damage. They took care of oil change and filter for cabin. They even cleaned my windows and tidied up with some dirt I had in the vehicle. They also helped me after they became fully open. I did some minor damage to my mom's SUV. They were able to repair it fast for me and before my mom found out thankfully, saving my butt. Finally, I had some significant issues with heating my car this past winter (early 2025). This was outside of their scope of services, however these guys have many trusted businesses they know personally and can help get services. They got me to someone that diagnosed my not so common problem. Now aside from their fantastic servicing of the vehicles and doing it swiftly, they have stellar customer support. Their pricing is great, I paid significantly less than I would have at a dealership . These guys are real down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Actually, I already have. I've had family go to them and were thoroughly pleased. A+, I recommend them.
