I had the best experience here! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and Kimmi helped me out while I was there. She was amazing! She was so sweet with me during my time there and made my experience with this dealership so smooth and positive! 10/10 recommend.
View on GoogleI brought my Kia stinger to Kia Wexford for the first time for routine maintenance. I spoke with Kimmi, who was very pleasant to work with. She was straightforward and honest and didn’t try to upsell me on a million different things. The prices are comparable to everywhere else, but customer service wise, it was way better than any dealership I’ve gone to. Great job Jim Shorkey Kia for having amazing staff! I will definitely be back in the future!

Serena always gets my repairs covered through the extended warranty company, no matter how much they try to push back. View on GoogleLet me start by saying I like using this service department, but there’s too many obstacles accumulating for me to be a loyal customer for all of my vehicle’s needs these days. Unfortunately, the service dept. is on a downward trajectory the past couple of years once they lost their lead service tech. I started servicing both my Kia’s here in 2016. Years ago, service was friendly, fast, and priced well. Now, the technicians are still friendly, but the scheduling system is terrible, and prices are unreasonable. I get “it’s the dealer” and they are more expensive, but the prices have increased significantly over the years. $80+ for oil change, $120+ for an inspection/emission, and pretty steep for labor when you price out KIA OEM parts yourself. Although, you only pay these prices if you can get an appointment…For some service types/repairs, the online scheduler doesn’t show ANY appointment times no matter how far out you look, but as others have noted - it is very difficult to get ahold of a human when you call. Even when you do, they are so backlogged that even if you have an urgent issue with your car they have no appointments for over a month out. I guess that speaks to the demand for their service, but it is unfortunate when you are looking for fast service. On that note, even for routine service like inspections, you need to be on top of it and book at least three months before your inspection window begins. Despite those shortcomings, if you do get an appointment, in my experience, the technicians are knowledgeable and have kept me well informed of my vehicle’s progress in the shop. But i think the inaccessibility and price are outweighing the otherwise overall positive service.
