Good service, got everything done in a timely manner. However, spilled some type of fluid on my grill which does not wipe off. They have been contacted and I'm waiting for a response to get the problem rectified.

View on GoogleKey drop and paperwork was efficient. The Service Manager stayed in touch day of the service and the tech also sent a video of the car inspection and recommendations. This was a great touch. The car was ready when promised and check out was a breeze also. They have made many improvements to the whole service process and I will be switching my business back to them for sure.
View on GoogleI purchased my vehicle at Baierl Honda October of 2020. I opted for an extended warranty on the vehicle which over the nearly 6 years I have needed repairs covered under said warranty. The service I have recieved each time is embarrassing for lack of better words or even words appropriate to put on the internet. Every single time my vehicle has been serviced here there is an issue. Even as outrageous as to one time a tech didnt know how to lock my car, I wish this was an exaggeration. My most recent adventure with this establishment, I requested a state safety inspection and emissions, fuel pump replacement (factory recall), repair of my A/C which has been an ongoing issue for roughly a year now (first "repair" failed 6 months in). The A/C is covered under the extended warranty I purchased, thankfully, or I would have been told to kick rocks. Each time I go in the repairs are either not correct, half assed, and/or rushed through. Now with the most recent visit, there is damage to my vehicle AND the tech missed faulty link pins during the state inspection and just slapped stickers on it anyway (this is a required item to inspect and should NOT have passed). This individual did not attach my aluminum skid plate correctly, a task I could have managed myself, causing damage to the item as well as my oil pan which I will be seeking replacement for due to complete negligence. Oil is on the skid plate, a once completely dry surface, which from experience with this establishment could be from a negligent and careless oil change, but it seems to now be damaged. So now, time after time I can safely assume it is because I am receiving warranty repair work which does not pay the techs the same thus receiving careless and dangerous repair and oversight to my vehicle OR I can assume that every person that has touched my car has no idea what they are doing- which I dont think is the case. Already scheduled for another appointment. Will report back ;-)
