We brought our car in for new brakes ahead of schedule. They were able to suprise us with getting our car done a day earlier which helped us alot. The prices have been about equal to surrounding area despite the bad rep most dealerships get for unchanging. I am so happy we choose to bring our cars here
View on GooglePhil Nace provided excellent service and a resolution on an ongoing issue that resulted in numerous visits to the dealership. His review of all work orders relating to this issue which indicated the repair was my responsibility however he was able to confirm it was under warranty. Within a week the part came in and the repair was completed. I will certainly request him for any future service appointments.
View on GoogleCustomer service was severely lacking. $195 dollar per hour for labor is ridiculous, considering that the "technicians" that actually do the work maybe get an eight of the per hour fee. When I talked to the "service" tech, I was informed that "the book" stated that the repair job would take 2 1/2 hours for a rear brake and rotor replacement. So the labor was almost $500 for a rear brake job...I talked to the "service" tech at 10:30 am, I arrived at the dealership at 12:30 thinking my vehicle would be done by 1:30. I text the "service" tech and asked if my vehicle was done and letting him know I was at the dealership. He text back stating that the had to get parts from another dealership. You would think I would have received a text regardless of whether I was at the dealership or not stating that the repair to my vehicle was going to be delayed. My vehicle was not done until 4:00pm. Customer Service...0 stars....Price of repair...1 star.

Their transparency, compassion, and attention to detail made an extremely stressful situation manageable. Even after moving more than an hour away, I continue to trust Baierl Service with my car because of the exceptional level of care and service they provide.
