It seems that this shop has gone downhill rather rapidly, and is no longer the establishment that was recommended to me. This has been some of the worst, potentially the very worst communication and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Supposedly innovative autoworks has done great work in the past, including on Lotus models like my 2005 Elise. After a long effort with the police regarding a hit an run in November, and damage caused by negligence of another autoshop, payment in excess of $6,000 was provided up front (nearly $7,000) at Innovative Autoworks request. The car was delivered to the shop in February. Coordination for payment with the other shop was delayed, since Innovative Autoworks rarely picks up the phone during operation hours. The original conservative estimate completion date for the work they were paid for was by "the end of April". There have been complications with insurance companies for the front end damage which I will now have repaired at another shop, but that does not excuse the extreme lack of communication and aggression I have experienced from the management every time I attempt to check in the the progress of the work being done on my car. There are so many things I could go into, but above all, the customer service and inability to answer a phone call be it from me, a third party attempting to make payment, or anyone else, combined with the rudeness and hostility of the management, is why I can never recommend this shop to work on anyones car. My friends who were considering modifications to their Mclaren 600lt and Porshe 911, who considered this shop will be taking their money elsewhere. I was extremely optimistic when they first took the job, but now they've made everything exceedingly difficult, I hope no one else has to endure a similar experience. Really a shame

Excellent shop! They are meticulous with their work and make sure everything is done properly and damage free. Their prices are competitive with most shops, but they add a higher standard of care. I’m super particular about my vehicles and I trust TJ and crew as they treat them the way that I do.

They are an independent shop that doesn't work with insurance companies, and I trust their estimate more than the one provided by the insurance company!
