He works with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, and other luxury manufacturers, which reflects his technical expertise and familiarity with complex modern vehicles. 1-Star for customer service, communication, and 100% UNkept promises, lack of caring, and aggressively being ditzy to avoid ownership or responsibility. 5- stars for outstanding paint and repairs. Most importantly, they did absolutely beautiful body work and painting on our Jaguar Sportbrake, and it looks better than before the deer hit. They also did a nice job detailing the car. The majority of the delays were due to State Farm's Bad Faith claims handling and ongoing intentional delays. That said, Karossorie's communication, customer service, and follow-through on promises needs a major overhaul before we would return or recommend to a friend. Shannon the receptionist and the only person you'll get to talk to about the progress of your repair wields her finely sharpened ditzy-ness like a weapon to avoid even a scintilla of ownership or responsibility for miscommunication, no communication, no follow up nor follow through... Such a high-end exotic car body shop must have a customer liason with as much classiness, polish, dedication to perfection and laser focus on customer service, as the artisans who pour their souls into a great final work product.

Awesome place, they do great work. Cars come in wrecked and leave mint condition. Jamie helped me out. Great costumer service. They treat you like family and your car as if it's there own.

The best car shop I ever deal with. It was recommended from my Audi dealer so I dropped off the car and picked it up after 3 weeks and the back bumper look brand new. I love that they clean and wash the car for me. What an excellent service.
