Huge shout out to Jimmy, Luke and Debbie, you guys are awesome! I had such a first class experience with Classic. At the initial visit with Jimmy he laid out the entire process, set expectations and Classic delivered on everything. My car looks awesome and they worked with my insurance company and Audi Devon through out the entire process. Thanks for making this such a seamless and pleasurable experience.

My first time experiencing with Classic Coachwork. Man, what an absolute top notch professionals running the shop. One of the guys name was, Jimmy who took care of my car and let me tell you - hands down the greatest guy I've ever encountered with. He kept me in the loop during the whole process of my car parts being installed and painted. Always gave his honest opinions and recommendations, he wouldn't steer you wrong. He values his customers and really cares about providing the best quality of work!

This was my first experience working with Classic Coachwork in Wayne, and it was a great one. Unfortunately, exceptional customer service cannot be assumed, so when you experience it, you realize how special it is. I called a variety of body shops describing to them what I “knew” I needed – a complete new paint job for my white 2014 Honda Ridgeline whose finish had dulled over time. Jimmy was the first one who listened and said “bring it on in, and let’s take a look at it”. Turns out that under that dull finish was a shine just waiting to be revealed. He demonstrated what a detailing could do and the potential was clear. Long story short, I now have an 11 year old pickup truck that looks like a 2 or 3 year old, and we added pinstriping to really make it pop. I couldn’t be happier. He also helped set my expectations – this isn’t a forever fix – this is a known issue for some white paint and it will decline again over time. He explained and educated me about other options that might be available so I could make an informed decision for any next steps. He also has developed a network of other service providers that makes it as close to one-stop-shopping as possible. Jimmy listened, educated me, offered me solutions, saved me many thousands of dollars and I have a shiny new-ish looking truck that I’m so proud of again. My baby is back! And it goes beyond just Jimmy. The rest of the team was aware of what was being done and were available for questions as needed. If you think you might have a need in this area, I’d strongly consider having a talk with them.

My experience with Classic Coachworks for my vehicle repair was absolutely dreadful. After my 2018 Audi A5 Sportback suffered minor dents due to a sign falling on the hood of the vehicle at a department store, I sought their services. I shared pictures and received a preliminary estimate of approximately $2800, which was consistent with other repair centers. However, my visit to Classic Coachworks to confirm the estimate turned into a nightmare. The manager, Steve, was shockingly inappropriate, condescending, and rude. To make matters worse, he suddenly quoted me an additional $4000 for the job. It's hard not to suspect this was a deliberate tactic to discourage me from choosing their services. When I questioned the price hike, Steve responded with chastisement and suggested I seek help elsewhere. In light of this atrocious encounter, I promptly scheduled the repair with their competitor, who quoted the original $2800 price. My experience there was a complete contrast. The staff was honest, friendly, and treated everyone with respect, regardless of their background. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Classic Coachworks. Their unprofessional behavior and questionable pricing tactics demonstrate a lack of integrity and respect for customers. Seek a reputable repair center that values customer satisfaction instead.

Luke and the team were very helpful in dealing with insurance when I took my VW to their shop (they are a certified VW shop) after it had been hit. They explained how everything worked with insurance and were great to work with through the whole process. I'll be taking my car to them for any future body repair needs.
