I took my car for service and I did not have enough money to cover the repairs. Many businesses would have turned me into law enforcement. West tire was gracious and kind and allowed me to pay my balance on my next pay day. They treated me with respect and love and you simply cannot find many businesses like that today. I am now a very loyal customer. Friendly staff and outstanding work. Cannot say enough good things.

View on GoogleMy girlfriend took a vehicle here in November and had the rear calipers replaced. It turns out they replaced the front calipers, not the rears. Fast forward to April. The mechanic doing the inspection said she needed rear calipers replaced and that the front ones were new. She called West Tire and had them look it up. They said it was the rears, then she told them it wasn't. She was called a liar. They replaced the rears at a discounted rate. They didn't bleed the brakes, so there was no fluid in the new calipers. Instead of just taking 30 minutes to do it they wanted to keep the vehicle for 3 days. they let her leave with the brakes going straight to the floor. We took 30 minutes and bled them ourselves. In my expert opinion I would not recommend coming here for anything other than getting a tire plugged. The employees shucked and jived to not take responsibility for a simple mistake that could be fixed easily. Seems like this place saw a woman and figured they could fleece her for a couple bucks. I forget if the techs name was jake or jack but I'm happy she didn't crash on her way home with air in the brakes lines.
View on GoogleWe called last-minute to see if they could test drive our vehicle today. They test drove our vehicle and had an answer for us within twenty minutes. They were not able to handle the repairs themselves, and did not charge us for the test drive. The staff were all kind, relaxed, and knowledgeable. We didn’t understand the exact issue they noticed, and they explained it to us in detail with patience and precision. Even their waiting room showed attention to detail - cold sodas and chargers for devices!
View on GoogleEveryone is very pleasant and helpful! I obtained a texted coupon for $30 off a service over &100 while I was waiting for my alignment to be done and when I checked out the girl applied the coupon to my service that day without hesitation. They also have a nice waiting area as well!
