I’ve been in the truckin business for over 25 years now and have dealt with tire shops all over the country from lil to big. I have to say since I’m local now Briggs is the way to go… Scott, his son Sean and the crew are the best in the business. I know when I need my big truck tires done and done right I know they will hammer them out as fast as they can and know I don’t need to worry about them because they are done right. Drives and steers. They literally work like a pit crew. They have came to the rescue twice for me once in Morgantown and once in Farmington Wv. Considering the distance and the wait, it was fast. When they show up I know I’m in the best hands I could possibly be in. Hats off to the Briggs boys….

Scott was fantastic! Stellar and upright. Took our call at 6am on a Saturday morning after we had been stranded with a flat tire on our trailer overnight. Came down and met us at his garage. Pulled in and had it changed out in no time at all. Beyond grateful for his help! That kind of help is hard to come by these days but God led us to the perfect folks and we are so thankful!!! We HIGHLY recommend them again and again. Thanks, Scott! Blessings to you, your family, and your business. Your dad would be proud.

We purchased a “new” tire from Brigs that completely failed within 8 hours of installation. The tread separated in a manner that raises serious concerns about whether this was truly a virgin tire or a recap passed off as new. There was no road hazard, debris, or overloading just complete failure under standard highway use. The most alarming part is that this tire failure endangered my driver’s life and put other motorists at risk. This wasn’t just a mechanical inconvenience it could have been a tragedy. When we contacted Brigs about the failure, we were told they could not honor the warranty unless we traveled over 350 miles back to their location — a completely unreasonable condition for a defective product, especially in the trucking industry where time and safety are paramount. Not only did Brigs profit from selling a potentially unsafe tire, but they also chose to abandon responsibility when it failed. This experience has destroyed any trust in their product quality and customer support. We strongly recommend others exercise extreme caution before doing business with Briggs
