I have had to bring my year and a half old truck in for service three times. Each time I drop it off the night before because I have to be at work. You do not provide loaner vehicles. You say that you have shuttle service, but can take me to work but can’t pick me up because it is too late. I have to either rent a car, or take the day off of work and sit. So I rented and you can’t seem to take the time to fit my car in because everyone else comes first because they are waiting. Apparently dropping off the night before does not guarantee an appointment. Even thought I called three weeks in advance to make the so called appointment. This has happened each time I have had to bring it in. They run out of time and ask to keep it another day. So I have to rent a vehicle again? And how do I know that you will have time the next day?
