My husband, Jay Magill, had to have his engine replaced while working out of town. Norman was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong with the engine and getting the warranty company to send a replacement engine as soon as possible. He was very fair in the amount of money he charged for the diagnostic on the old engine as well as tearing it out to install the new one. They even came and picked my husband up at his hotel when the truck was done. We are very pleased with the quality of work and prices that we were charged getting him back out, They did an excellent job and if the truck needs work in the future we will not be taking it anywhere else.

Norm and his team were great to work with. Dropped my car off when my radiator cracked. They were able to get me up and going again quickly, they worked through a holiday weekend to help me out and I can't recommend them enough. Prices were more than fair and he was super transparent about what was going on and how much it was going to cost.

Yes the guy helped me with a battery thats why the get 1 star. I went there for an inspection and emmissions and was told that I need breaks and rotors all around and a tie rod to pass inspection. I went to flynn in Carnegie since I get a discount there and they said my car needs NOTHING to pass inspection my break pads still have a good bit of life left on them and there is nothing wrong with the rest of my car. DONT GO HERE
