I am highly disappointed at this place. I arrived with time to spare, the door was malfunctioning and there was clearly a person inside that saw me and chose to ignore me. I tried to call no answer so I emailed and no response so far. I waited two weeks for an appointment. Now I have a week to obtain an inspection elsewhere. I did my part. I'm fed up with irresponsible, lazy corporations. I already have a building lawsuit for this lemon I was sold so I'll be adding this to the evidence showing hyundais incompetence and negligence when I go to court.

Doug explained what the issues were, the necessary repairs and timelines involved. Doug also was considerate to provide me updates to the repair progress. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, courteous to his customers and very patient (as with me and all my questions).

Just moved to Washington and decided to take my car to this location for service. The traffic was horrid & I ended up being a little late for my appointment. The service guy then told me they would have to reschedule after my car sat at the front for nearly 10 minutes. Then he proceeded to argue that I was later then I actually was even after showing him the time twice. Called down to Straub and they got me right in and out. Save the hassle and completely avoid the service department.
