They've been fairly good to me so far. I've taken my 2021 Civic down to them a few times for service and they always get the car in and out with no problems. Only time I ever had an issue was when I took my 99' Prelude in for a spare key, which was a multi day ordeal, but I'm more understanding about that.

View on GoogleIf I could give a zero I would. Unprofessional, inefficient, horrible. I brought my car there multiple times explaining the same issue. It wasn’t driving properly, lights were on, etc. I was told that it drove fine and that maybe I wasn’t getting my oil changed properly because my oil was burnt. I told them I had an oil change a week before so that seemed weird. To me that would raise some red flags. Not to mention the fact that it DID NOT drive fine. They haves worked on my car before and I have had to bring it back the next day because something wasn’t done correctly. Communication is horrible. They are not fast at all. I highly suggest finding another dealer/service center, I drove farther from home and will continue to do so.

View on GoogleI don't normally leave bad reviews but I can't let this slide. Took my car in for a standard service (oil change, filter,etc). Serviceman calls to tell me they went to check the brakes and one of my lug nuts "wouldn't budge at all" and "PARTS AND LABOR FOR JUST FIXING THE LUGNUT WILL BE $655.80 PLUS TAX." I just had new winter tires put on about two weeks before, so I told them to leave the lug nut and I would go back to the tire shop to have them fix it. The tire shop removed all 20 lug nuts with a stand wrench in front of my eyes.... Glad I didn't waste $655+ ... Will not be returning. TLDR: dealership tried to get me to pay a substantial amount for a false issue
