Friendly employees who are willing to work with special service requests, but awful communication turnaround times that led to unnecessary delays and even an incomplete repair requiring a follow-up in my case The wait list is a very long one as they have so many customers. Expect to schedule two weeks in advance, and make sure to get your vehicle in BEFORE the appointed time (I was an hour late due to some third party towing issues and lost a full day of potential service). Also drive around the block and double check your error codes after servicing has finished in case you need to return it for more work! I had to wait an extra two days to schedule a follow-up appointment to finish repairs, thanks to an incomplete assessment from a pricey diagnostics. It took three days to replace a battery, perform a diagnostics, repair some wiring, and then an additional two days of waiting to schedule the last of the wiring repairs for a total turnaround of six days! It feels like a few text message exchanges or even some timely phone call updates could have prevented three of those days...

Getting quick appointment date was a bit of a struggle as I had to wait about a month out to schedule the fix, but they do seem to be really busy the two times I’ve gone. Kevin was helpful and nice and made sure everything ran smoothly other than the wait… but I can’t fault them for that.
